No overtime when you are salary. . .

Salary would be preferred. You do not get as much perks as if you are working hourly

Salary. I get sick leave benefits, holiday pay and I always know how much will be in my account at the end of the month.

neither. I will never work for any pay structure but comission.
it's the only way you make truly what your worth. I've never had to go ask my boss for a raise. it's perfect. If you work hard and work smart you get rich if your lazy and don't know what your doing you will be humiliated because every one will see your a loser. Damn I love sales. I'm the greatest auto salesman in the WORLD.

hourly- u get paid for the time ur there and it could be more or less. over time 2

salary- u get paid the same amout if you're there more or less but you get in trobule if you're there less. no over time

so. i say salary. just pay me for the time i'm there and when i leave i leave.
