The first day of your cycle is the first day of your period. While women on average ovulate on day 14 of a 28 day cycle, that is only an average, both of day of ovulation and of length of cycle. Some women ovulate at the beginning or end or their cycle (for instance on day 10 or 20). So you cannot know when you ovulate unless you track it. You can do this through an ovulation kit, sold at drugstores (search questions as someone asked about these recently), or through tracking your temperatures and observing the quality of your cervical mucos. This is best taught by a trained instructor and takes many months and a lot of dedication to learn to do it accurately. While there is a good chance that your ovulation occured around March 5 through 7 (day 14 or 15 of your cycle), you cannot know this for sure. Many factors can cause ovulation to happen at a different time.
I notice there are a lot of anwers telling you which day you ovulated. I really must emphasize that while there is a good chance that it occured on day 14 or 15, you cannot know for sure without checking your fertility signals or at least taking an ovulation test. Read the book Taking Charge ofYour Fertility if you are interested in learning about charting your cycles. I have had friends who have assumed they were not ovulating (based purely on what date it was in relation to thier last period) and been faced with the difficult choices an unwanted pregnancy brings.

You ovulated on Feb 7.

If your periods are very regular, as in every 28 days, then you ovulated again on March 7.

No it would not recommend you will ovulate 7 days late. there is extremely no way of guessing once you will ovulate until eventually you employ a sort of predictor kits, song your temps and b.o.l.o for ovulation discharge (stretchy like uncooked egg whites)

the ovulation date is different for different women...if you have a 28 day cycle it is 14 days after the first day of your last period...if you have a 24 day cycle it is 12 days after the first day of you last period

take the first day of your period and count fourteen days back and thats the day you ovulated. thats what i learned.
