Well, I don't see how anywhere you go will be any better as you lack the courage, conviction and desire to effect change. As long as people have a "throw it away" attitude towards their government, change won't happen.
What have YOU done to change the country? Have you voted in the last national election? What about your state and local elections? Have you volunteered to help the youth? What about the homeless? Have you gotten involved in political activities that promote your beliefs? Do you even know what parties best represent your beliefs?
Do you think that your children would be happier in a third world country? Do you like having clean, pure drinking water? What about school and medical? Could your boys handle the intense pressure of the Japanese school system? What languages are you fluent in.
Have you considered what message it sends to your children when you say, oh well, I'm not happy with the country so I will leave? Are you being oppressed? What job skills do you have, and what countries offer jobs in those fields?
What are the requirements for those countries for immigration and work visas? Did you know that the United States is a MUCH easier country to get a job in for a foreign national than most?
You say that you are willing to sacrifice? Sacrifice here. You say there is nothing you can do about it. Well, if you aren't willing to try, that's true. However, think about this, no matter where you move to, you will wake up with yourself, and if you are unhappy with who you are, and not willing to change, then what good does moving do?
I may not agree with what you think, but I will defend to the death your right to think and say it. That's what America is really about.

Good luck with that one dude. There is no place you can go. There is no place better but there are a lot of places that are worse. I guess you could buy your own island, then you could be king but as soon as you let other people come to your island, you are going to have the exact same problems.

What you flle, follows you. What you confront, makes a man of you.
Wherever you go you'll find human beings.
Wherever you go, you will be also.
Nothing wrong with changing countries. There cn be many good reasons for that. But if it is because the people around you are not good enough for you ... well, I think you really need ot deal with that one.
