Final Fantasy 8 Adel help me!!?

I have no idea how to fight Adel I am on the 3 disc and I had to start my game over again because my lvl was to low and I don't know how to beat her at all I.

I can't use any GFs and my weapons aren't upgraded at all and I am on th e3 disc I don't know how to beat her.......HELP ME PLZZZZZZ!!!

Description:
Rinoa - being junctioned to Adel because Adel is absorbing her powers. Can released by defeating Adel and not to harm rinoa in thje process. if rinoa dies, game over.

Adel's Attacks: Drain, Meteor, (Swipe), Energy Bomber
Draw from Adel: Firaga, Thundaga, Blizzaga, Flare
Mug from Adel: 1x Samatha's Soul
Mug from Rinoa : 8x megalixir

The minimum level to battle Adel is at Level 55.
You can't harm Rinoa (but you can steal from her ). I think her HP varies from 4000 to 9036.

Adel drains HP from rinoa 700+ HP . Draw regen from rinoa and cast it back to rinoa.
Junction Curaga to boost up Spirit. Cast Regen on the entire party. Ultima is rarely used by Adel but it can do around 2000+ to each member and affects the entire party.Make sure that everyone's HP is above 3000+ at all times. She will unleash strong magics after this phrase: "Magical Powers are concentrated on Adel"

The best party is Quistis, Irvine Kinneas and Zell's Limit Break packs a punch! Remember for those who are using Zell, do not use the My Final Heaven Limit Break and those who are using Irvine, do not use Shotgun Ammo, Pulse Ammo and Fire Ammo. All group attacks should be avoid, including GFs and group-based magic such as Ultima, Meteor, Quake, Tornado, etc.
Holy magic is highly recommended. Why don't use Squall? There are about 55% chances that Squall will use the Blasting Zone and Fated Circle in his finishing blow. His Limit Breaks are too damaging somehow for this battle. Need to save rinoa right?

Somehow u need to get your weapons upgraded and get all those gf's and draw lots and lots of magic. By the way have u heard of cheat codes/gameshark/codebreaker? It's a disc on its own, inserted just before u insert the game. U can get instant weapons, items, gf etc. But i dont know if u could use it at this stage. Anyhow, Good luck.

Having a lower level is a good thing, the lower level that you are, the lower stats and less powerful attacks that enemies do.

For instance, Bahamut only does about 100 damage to a level 10 Squall.

Just give Rinoa a Regen spell, use some powerful one-target spells on Adel (Meltdown should work, as should Holy), and she'll be down in no time.

you do realize that your level doesn't matter, right? enemy levels are proportional to yours. i beat FFVIII with squall at level 32, and everyone else around level 17.

you really should have upgraded weapons though, don't you use cards?

and why can't you use GFs? do you junction magic properly? what do you mean?
