Which one is better for start-ups?

* Accept unlimited credit or debit card payments
* Payment Receiving Preferences
* Subscriptions
* Mass Payments
* Multi-User Access (for Business accounts)
* Advanced downloadable logs

I chose Premier as I did not need the business account and you pay less. The business account is for when you have a shoppng cart that is added to your website or do lots of transactions. I never needed it and ma happy with the premier.
