The biggest park is Tuscora Park in New Philadelphia. Here is a link to it.

Then there is also several others through out the county, but if you are looking for one with amusement park type things tuscora is the one you are looking for, they have a carousel, ferris wheel, mini rollar coaster, putt putt golf, kid size rides, and batting cages. Along with regular park things like swings and slides. There is also basketball courts, tennis courts, bocci courts, and a pond to feed ducks and fish at.
Parks in Tuscarawas County include: Atwood Lake Park, Beach City Wildlife Area, Fort Laurens State Memorial, Mount View Park.
