Let me know when you find out please as I'm wondering the same thing since my hysterectomy and am not going through menopause. I did recently find that when I workout, I feel more attractive and it raises our libido. Physically fit doesn't mean you are doing the right workout for your body. Talk to a fitness trainer and nutritionist as your diet can lower your libido as well.

What do you mean you're not sexually active? Do you mean your sex drive has deminished? A lot of this could be caused by stress and preoccupations in your life. Try making time for sex and nothing else... like 9 pm three nights a week, and leave a couple of hours open. And try to do away with expectations. Make this a time for you and your husband to be intamite but not necessarily have intercourse. And try new things, like driving to a secluded spot and having sex in a car or some other semi-private place. Try to make it new and exciting like it was when you were younger.

The main thing is don't allow other distractions to get in the middle of your time. Unplug the phone, turn off the TV, etc.

Are you taking any medication that could be causing this?
Maybe something lacking in your diet. (Dietician may help?) This can sometimes be caused by hormones, low levels of estrogen. If psychological talk to a therapist (marriage counselor). If not talk to your family Dr.
