Should rock hall induction have been in Cleveland, we do have the hall of fame, whats up w that?

As a Clevelander, yes I think that anyone inducted into OUR Hall of Fame should be inducted in OUR city. That makes no sense to have the Hall in Cleveland, but do all the inductions somewhere else.
