I don't think you are going to get a strait answer from this board because most of us will tell you if you need parental consent than you are to young to get it.

OK Here's the deal - and it IS kinda parental (sorry).
Just be aware that ANYplace who will overlook the law regarding parental consent will most likely overlook a whole bunch of other stuff too - like basic hygeine, sterile conditions, safety, allergies, qualified staff, after care advice... stuff like that.
You don't say how old you are. If you don't LOOK old enough, you are probably going to have a hard time finding any place willing to risk being prosecuted for the sake of the few buck's they will get from breaking the law.
You can ask around - older kids with successful piercings, etc. Call the places they name and ask what their age/consent criteria are.
While the Mom in me is screaming "DON"T DO IT" (of course)
The realist in me is saying ... If UR gonna do it anyway, be mature about it - check it out thoroughly, research the dangers, health risks & precautions first, be smart, and be careful - you're worth taking care of - be sure you take care of YOU.

Not going to say you are to young for one since i don't know how old you are but the question you have to ask yourself is why do you really want one? Is it because your friends have one or do you want one for a boyfriend. Look at the real reason that will help you decide. You chances of getting an infection or something worse increases if you don't have someone professionally do it. If i were you i would just wait.

They're feeding you, putting a roof over your head, and putting up with you for free so the least you can do is have enough respect to wait until you move out. After you move out, if you still want to look like a retarded rebel, by all means go ahead and pierce whatever you want

There are some places that will do it without parental consent and there are some that will require it until you are a legal adult (usually 18 but, varries from state to state). You'll just have to look around. If you know someone that has theirs pierced, ask them where they got it done.

If you or your friends know someone well then they will probably do it for you. I got mine done by my friend's uncle when I was 12 (and the legal age where I live is 14). He did it for free too and it was sterile because he owns a tatoo and piercing place.

Sorry sweetie if your parents say no then no it is. No one will pierce it because they can loose there liscence and get fined. Im 21 and I begged my mom to let me get mine done and she wouldnt let me. I turned 18 and I got it pierced at the beach. My stepdaughter aske dto have hers pierced and her dad said no but she is a mature and responsible girl and it wasnt like she wanted a tatoo, we said no to that, but I was afraid she was gonna pierce it herself so we took her and I dont think it was a bad decision. It looks cute on her. Shes 15 I dont know how old u are. Dont peirce it yourself. Its too close to ur intestine and you can get a serious infection.

ummm sorry this may not help but if your 16 you should be able to get it done without parent consent. if not then just try random places, some may not ask u for parent consent. (sorry i live in australia) but get it done if you want it done. seriosly i have had it done but please promise me something, if you do it keep it clean and avoid it getting infeted cause i got it done and it got infected so i had 2 let it close up but i plan 2 get it done again soon at the end of the year

I am sure any alley way will have someone willing to pierce your belly button for a price, but just expect a lot of infection and a trip to the hospital.
