I had the exact same problem during my pregnancy, its called pubic symphysis. You may find that its worse when climbing stairs or rolling over in bed ( I know it was for me). Basically anything which causes your legs to come apart is best avoided, when turning over in bed make sure you keep your legs together, take quite small steps when walking, and sitting cross legged is a big no no! It should go away on its own after delivery, mine didn't, but after 1 visit to an osteopath it was gone completely. I have complete sympathy with you, its really frustrating not being able to do normal things without pain. Good luck, hope you feel better soon!

The pubic bone consists of three bones with "cement" between them. During pregnancy, this "cement" becomes softer(for delivery of the baby) and there can be a separation of the symphysis pubis (the pubic bone). After the delivery of the baby, the bones will become tightly knit once again. The bones do not break at all, but merely separate. You can alleviate the pain by wearing a man's belt around that area. Cinch it as tightly as you can and it should alleviate the pain. You can also safely use Tylenol every 3 hours. Separation of the symphysis pubis is very common.

i understand precisely the way you experience and that i'm a guy. circulate on. he's no longer the guy of your desires. attempt this "Cosmic Ordering" ingredient. Make a desire, perhaps for the guy of your desires and in case you think in this "Cosmic capability" - your desire will come genuine. yet do it straight away that's 1am here in England. See that's working already! you have already have been given a tall, mysterious, romantic, empathic Englishman worrying with regard to the way you experience and understand-how basically how harm you're - yet attempting to make you experience plenty extra perfect. Goodnight x x x i'm off to mattress - not extra answering questions! lol

What Wickedwayz said above is exactly what is going on. I can guarantee that your doctor would tell you the same thing. Your pelvis is starting to widen in anticipation of the birth. Take it easy and take some Tylenol.

It could be kidney stones. I had the same problem but on my left side (lower abdomen where my tummy meets my v section). I went to the hospital and it turned out I had stones. If its discomfort its normal, any pain I'd talk to my doctor or go to the ER.

Try laying on your left side. If it doesn't go away I would call the doctor.

for one it could be braxton hicks contractions or the baby could be lying really funny there. probably nothing to worry about but if you are worried call and talk to your doc!!! good luck
