You seem to be mixing up a couple of things. Perception and belief are two different things.

In it's strictest form perception refers to that which we can know through our senses. If something exists (therefore not just an idea or thought) it can be perceived in this way. We may need a microscope or even the identification of its movement by observation of other things, but we use our senses to perceive its existence.

When we can no longer perceive something, it is not proof of its termination, but neither can we say it continues to exist. For example, we know that dinosaurs existed, but to say that they still exist without any perception of their present existence will not be credible. To say they no longer exist, though not verifiable (you can't prove a negative) is a rational assumption (until, like the prehistoric coelacanth, someone finds out they still exist).

So while no one can absolutely prove that something no longer exists , neither can one prove that something that has perceptually vanished is still among us.

Peace

This question is hard to answer. Technically you can't proove it to be false, or true. If you are perceving something, you can't say it doesn't exist becuase you are seeing it. If you are not preceving it, then you can't proove it doesn't exist becuse you don't know if it exist at all. I for one think that things do exsist even when not being perceved, otherwise what would keep your car running when the hood is down?

most of the information we receive from science we cannot perceive. can you perceive a cells nucleus? can you perceive a black hole? do you have perception of digestion? we cant even perceive digestion and only know its real cause we make a trip to the jon everyday.. there is no way to perceive everything..our brain is not capable yet of processing that much info..there is one all present perceiver who makes everything exist. you may call this god or whatever but that is the one presence that is capable of perceiving everything in the universe. there is a lot more going on then we could possibly perceive.

It ceases to be real to the person perceiving it. It becomes a reality to them, in their minds. Even if they are in denial of the existence of something, their own outlook is the only one they have, if it's lost they have nothing.

Absolutely Not
there are many things that exist above AND below our preceptions !! Millions of things---very possibly an infinity of things !! We do not preceive ultra violet light But it exists--- we do not preceive the weather on Mars But it exists----etc etc etc
It is through ignorance carried to the max to hold to thoughts that consider an alternate view of this !!!

Only a sociopath can pull of making something to cease existence.

We do however have the power of putting something out of the center of our brain to somewhere where it can't have so much power over us.

Yes.
My girlfriend is reconstituted from base matter every time I go to her house or call her cell phone. The rest of the time she dissipates into the universe.
