Technically, it's a run-on sentence. You want a comma between "water" and "and".
She boiled water, and she bathed with it.

Alternatively, you could take out the second "she".
She boiled water and bathed with it.

It's fine, but it's a little awkward. Why use 'she' twice in one sentence? It would also be better if you changed that final preposition; why not say "She boiled water and bathed in it." Or
The sentence is all about a 'she', who has two actions in one sentence. You could make it about the water instead; "She boiled water to bathe in." There is only one action in this second example, (boiling water), but the second action (bathing) is implied when you state the purpose. It's more efficient that way.

How about phrasing it like this? "She boiled the water and then she used it to bathe". Sound good? Take care

Grammatically correct, but I would write: She warmed the water and took a bath with it.

YES.

No matter any ramifications or deviations suggested above and below this answer, the sentence is grammatically correct!

No it should be:
She boiled the water to take a bath with it.

comment: you can't use two nouns in the same sentence.
