Try doing an internet search of major periodicals and newspapers. Try looking for articles in education journals, major newspapers (NY Times), or your local paper. Also you might be surprised by how helpful your local librarian can be.

Kind of a broad question as a matter of fact i saw a group of kids smoking pot this morning while driving my kids to school yea there getting loaded the worst is meth it's destroying America and you would be surprised how far up it goes.
