Two additional feet in height would make me 7' 6" and that is way too tall for me. I can't currently swim so breathing under water would be very cool.

I'm 11 feet tall as it is, so I would take the breathing under the water.
But since you are Yoda, I understand how you would choose to be taller. I mean you are a Jedi so you can probably breath under water as it is.

Breathe under water. It would come in more handy. most door ways are under 7 tall and a lot of ceilings are only 8 feet tall
