First you need a medium of communication with the hamster..try learning the hamster language first and then it will be easier for it to understand you and learn English.

Breed your hamsters children to be really really smart, the do it again for ten million years and put human DNA in all the babies!

Unfortunately... this will never happen.

BUT! You can always make love to your hamster, making half human/hamster babies! Then you can teach THEM how to speak English.

There is no way you can get a hampster to speak english it may already but it can not speak to were you can hear it sorry :).
