Any USPS workers have advice for a new RCA...Please help!?

Please any inside tips would help!! Need hours I gave up my full time job to get my foot in the door of the Postal service! Please help ,, thank- you!!!

My best advice would be to take the City Letter Carrier test. RCA's have a much lower amount of guaranteed hours and that could go on for a long time.
