Out of your options (D) is the big difference however I wouldn't leave that as the only big difference. Both wars happened in different ways the format which battles were fought differ, and the political factors differ as well.
Most Importantly I think if you're asking a question about these wars it's important to mention you're thanks to the Vets in order to honor their sacrifice.

Of the options you posed, I'd go with:
D) Air power proved to be decisive
In World War 1, planes were used to observe, harass ground troops and other planes, but they could not fly far from the battle lines, making them no more important than any other weapon.
But in World War 2, air power was used with devastating results. The Battle of Britain which featured Germany's Luftwaffe versus Britain's Royal Air Force, brought the war to the British people's front door.
The attack at Pearl Harbor by the Japanese bombers of course wreaked the battleships of the U.S Pacific Fleet.
Then there was the RAF at night and the US 8th Army Air Force in the day over first France, then Germany, that ravaged German supply lines and manufacturning plants and softened up the German forces for the impending invasion at Normandy, where the air forces also played a big part, dropping supplies and troops behind enemy lines.
There was also the Doolittle raid over Tokyo that did much to raise the American morale by showing that the Japanese mainland was vulnerable to attack.
There are several more examples during the war that further my thought that option "D" was the most important one of those given, but I'll finish with the largest example: the atomic bombings at Nagasaki and Hiroshima that helped trigger the Japanese surrender.

A. because the weapons of world war II were descisive and more advanced especially the atomic bomb than the world war I and in world war I the soldiers are always in trenches and the mass killing of world war I was just gas attacks while world war II are bombs, air power, advanced guns and weapons and it was the time when the nazi killed many jews.
C. because the russians have their scorch earth tactics wish burned the supplies of the germans and when the japs bombed pearl harbor and the destruction was massive.
D. in world war I their planes their weapons were just machine gun while world war II have atomic bombs, and some planes were equiped with torpedo and destroy ships with direct hit

The answer is D. In the time period between the two world wars, advances were made in aviation technology that allowed aircraft to move from a primary rold of scouting/observation/fighter/bomber (as in WWI) to a high-altitdue, long-range weapon capable of not only destruction of enemy positions, but also of support facilities, such as rail lines, factories, etc. In WWI, aircraft were confined to primarily a tactical role (or realating directly to the fighting). In WWII, aircraft were much more capable and were also able to be used in a strategic role (not just the battlefield, but entire cities and areas vital the the enemy).

Either B or D. There were tons of casualties on the Russian side because there were a lot of people fighting to the death to save their country from the Germans.
Property destruction went beyond the battlefields. Whole towns were practically wiped out by artillery and air power.
But don't take it from me. Do your own homework.

I believe it's D). There were air fighters in WWI, of course, but they didn't do a whole lot of ground damage. In WWII on the other hand, whole cities were razed by air bombing.
