Uh, the whole "eating a heap of carrots to turn your skin orange" theory has been discarded, quite a while ago.
I know Christina Aguilera MAKES it look possible, but no, unfortunately it's not.

Just reduce your intake of carrots and other orange-colour skin producing food like papaya. The body will gradually return to normal skin colour. Eat more food that brighten the skin like white fungus, almond and apple. Thanks!
