Can you expect to get a discount @ GOV home auctions? %?

I am attending an auction for a Treasurey house in SoCal this week. Any advice on what to expect and what, if any, discount off the market price I could expect would be appreciated.

expect 8% and be happy with 17%

The dream is 20% to 30%

Next year the number will be better.
