I am wondering if anyone have used the OV Fertility Watch. I am comparing this to the Clearblue Easy Fertility Monitor. And find this so far too be more convenient ,esspecially because it gives you further advance notice on your fertile window than Clearblue does..but what is your opinion if you have used one or the other?

My husband and I tried everything when we were trying to get pregnant. I will tell you my opinion of all the "fertility" tests out there - They suck.

We tried for 2 plus years without success. I asked my gyno about the old wives tale of taking Geritol. She said that there was no "scientific" evidence that taking Geritol caused pregnancy, but it wouldn't hurt to take it either.

I started taking Geritol and bought the book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" and boom - I was pregnant within 6 months. My husband and I gathered our receipts and figured out that over 2 years, we spent over $3000 on fertility tests, vitamins, watches, thermometers, etc. We spent $20 on the book and about $20 on Geritol and it worked like a charm.

I used the CBFM when I first started charting to help me confirm my interpretations of my cycle. However, after a couple of cycles, I gave it up in favor of charting alone. I found the fertility monitor to be much like the OPKs...not very reliable or accurate compared to charting cervical fluid and temperature.
