I would sanitarily have to go with the US, since they have such stringent dumpster laws. It is sad that alot of restaurants and stores now lock up their dumpsters so one cannot partake. That is the epitome of selfishness. Do not trust Asian dumpsters, unless you like fish slime. Mexico is off limits to the refuse epicurian, due to the diarrhea factor. I would love to dine on an Italian garbage selection, but doubt they would throw away a bottle of burgundy to go with it.
