umm.. sometime around 9:30 am on a Friday, my water broke, and by midnight that night, I was 4 cm dialated, and the doctors could see my babies head in my cervix. althoughhhh.. the day before when the doctors checked me, I was only 2 cm from my previous preterm labor scare. I delivered at 9:49 pm Saturday night.. .it was quite a few hours that my baby had been completely engaged. I don't know about everyone else. but that's my story.

you can never tell and each person and pregnancy is different. with my oldest son he engaged fully after I went into labor with my second/youngest he was engaged by my 8th month so it could be in 5 minutes or it could be when you go into labor.

* start doing lots of walking it will help rock the baby down and may help speed labor along too. Good Luck and God Bless

everyone is different, my 1st was 2 wks overdue, my twins were born at 32 wks and my 4th was 9 days early, try not to worry too much. Very frustrating i know, but you should fully engage by your delivery date. good luck and congratulations!
