I've been in California, New Mexico, Arizona, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Tennessee, Virginia, Kentucky and West Virginia. That leaves me with 40. Now I have something else to do before I die.

All of them. Each state is unique in it's own individuality and offers something that no other state can offer. Even crap states like Kansas offer sites and things to do that Oklahoma can't. Vice Versa. Same goes for everywhere else.
Utah is really pretty. Salt Lake and Park City are great.
Don't be afraid to get out there! Go for it!
