With the college process almost done, I'm still anxiously waiting for a few schools.

UCSD, UCI, USC, Northwestern, UCLA

i currently have a 3.0 gpa weighted and 1760 SATs 730,560,490 Sat IIs numbers are terrible compared to my peers but im stacked on extra curriculars and leadership and a truckload of volunteer hours and probably decent essay writing

I already got in uc davis, syracuse, uc riverside and a full ride to u of arizona

what are my chances of getting into those 5 schools listed above respecitvely? thank you

Honestly, not very good. My GPA was a 3.5 when I applied, my SAT was 1950, and my SAT II's were decent. I had a pretty good essay, lots of volunteer hours and I managed a dry cleaners (leadership). I would say that USC, UCLA and Northwestern are probably out of the question. UCI might be a decent chance, and Im on the fence about UCSD. They've been admitting people that have been rejected from SDSU, so considering that, you might have a chance.

UofA and UCR are way easy to get into. Im not sure about Davis, or Syracruse.

Honestly, your gpa and scores arent that good. Try state schools, if its not too late

The bottom line is with a 3.0 you need a lot of extra curricular activities to back you up. The best shot you have is with UCI. It's iffy with UCSD because they are more academic based. You might have a slim chance with UCLA unless you're just loaded with extra curricular activities...as long as you meet the grades and you are oozing with activities...like say you're the president of some club and you look like you have potential then they might accept you. uhh USC...i dunno but i doubt 3.0 is enough. If you really are offered a full ride to any decent school then take it. UC's are overated. Even if you graduate from a UC it doesn't mean people are lining up to hire you lol...and on top of that the immense debt you have to deal with hehe. so yea if any cal states want you and is giving you a full ride then TAKE IT!!!

To be brutally honest, as an 'SC student and Midwestern guy, you have no chance at Northwestern or 'SC. I had friends with 3.6s and better SATs get rejected from both

Out of the list, I think only UCIrvine will accept you but that's still a great school. Good luck!

HAH! Forget it and take the full ride, man! (unless you end up with a full ride to one of the others, then you've got a decision)
