Can't say North Dakota has a whole heck of a lot going forward.
iowa I know is terribly flat and boring (although the people are nice).
But my vote would have to go for: Kansas. I just don't know anybody who has a good word about it. Although I would love to be proven wrong.

The kentucky poster is correct.
KLANTUCKY is not a great place to live outside of louisville or lexington.
another bad place (if it were a state) would be Washington DC

Kentucky.
My sister lives there and I was blown away by how much poverty is there, as well as how much hatred. They still have the KKK there, but they call it Keeping Kentucky Klean. I was appalled. I was supposed to visit for two weeks but I came home to California after three days.
