I would play that one by ear because it could go either way. Either they will think it's a great thing and relevant to your job, or they will see it as something that is going to be taking a lot of your time away from the job. So, feel them out before you really answer and if you do tell them make it clear it will not negatively impact on your time or dedication at all.

Interview is normally done with the HR personnel and your future immediate boss, unless it's a job requirement to work over time (you will not make it for your evening class) or company policy that you must inform them of any part-time course, else it's make no much different whether you tell them or not.

You should always be open and honest in a interview. The fact that you are studying part time shows motivation and desire to succeed these are few traits that people show today. Your future employer may assist you in your time schedule to allow you to go to school.

yeah there would no problem. better ask them (employer) first if there would be a conflict on the daily schedule because you are also studying and planning to work at the same time.
