The toilet, but I'm a woman and would find the urinal very hard to "get" to.

When I was younger, I would have said urinal. But since, at 13 and at 14, older "gentlemen" attempted to reach over and have a little fun, I can't bring myself to go near them unless they are completely free and there's very, very little chance that someone will come in.
Urinals should either be private (those little walls between them aren't enough...just ask the guy whose wrist I damaged when he reached around) or they should be gone. The peekers and the touchers can find each other without the innocents being hurt. If I want to show my d*** off, I'll do so in an appropriate place.

The toilet. Some guys love to peek when there's no one looking. As for #2, I use the urinal.

Depends. I normally prefer the toilet because the urinal's never completely flush away the pee and there is always pubes and stuff on it and I dont like being 2" away from other peoples funk. And with the toilet I can always flush it with my foot and not my hand.

I wish I could use a urinal! Than I would not have to worry about touching a public toilet!

The toilet because I am female. Also, there is no urinal in a ladies room.

I prefer using a urinal because most self-flush and urinals are less time consuming.
I only use a stall when the only urinal available is between two people.

I will use the urinal if...
-I'm alone or there are few people
-I'm in a hurry
I will use the toilet if...
-the urinals do not have dividers
-I have gas
-there are a ton of people
-I have several layers of clothing and need to downgrade a lot
-I want to play games on my cell phone
