Going on a 14 day trip out of state to see my brother whom I didnt see for 12 years. The 14 days turned into 14 years and its now been 24 years that I left my hometown. I regret only comming home twice in those 24 years and not seeing my sisters and their kids.. I regret going away and leaving my family, friends and things behind. I always wonder what things would have been like if I would have stayed home, then I think about how things are now and if I wouldnt have done the things I did I wouldnt be married to the man I'm married to today, so then I think about how my life might be without him in it. In a way im glad i did the things i did bc it led me to him, on the other hand i regret leaving bc i miss the things i use to have... and right now if your not as confused as i am then your doing alot better then me.. LoL

I am getting married now and am totally happy, but i still have regrets about the guy i broke up with just before my fiance. Not that i want to be with him now, just the way it ended and how i never really got over him fully before i started dating my fiance now. I love him with all my heart, but it's hard talking to that ex just because he and i have the same regrets about how things went.
