i've already hooked it to the usb cable and all the other stuff. but when i transfer the music to my psp, it says transfer complete, but no music tracks show up and my memory card space gets used?

you turn on yoru psp and put it in usb mode while plugged into computer... and you wait for computer to reconise it... then you find teh folder that pops up with psp device that say's music in it... then you select your mp3's or mp4's and you drag them into the folder...then you dis connect the psp..and see if they are there... message me or e-mail me if you need more help... I can be a little more discriptive I guess.. have you formated your duo? do you have games saved on it? mine didn't work until I formated it... meh...

your files need to be converted to mpeg4. You can get a converter from download.com for free. xilisoft is the publisher i believe.
