The problem with this question is that the white Russians were not known for their kindness to the masses which is one reason for the 1918 revolution. so it's hard to say how they would have acted in victory. so your working 100% on speculation.

what you can assume it that once the rebellion was squashed the Whites may have moved toward social reform or risk another uprising. What may have arisen would be akin to what you see in Britain, a monarchy with some form of parliamentary system backing it.

WW2 would have seen a closer bond to the British than the Germans as the monarchies are related.

But honestly it is hard to say, some social changes were underway when the monarchy fell, but if the Romanov's decided to retain control they would have been susceptible to future Communist uprisings.
