File a case of illegal dismissal with a prayer for reinstatement because your absences were due to a lawsuit and the processing of your licence was erroneous. Cite the above reasons as not valid for your termination from work.

I'm unclear on your situation.

1. You were shot at twice at work and you want to return to work there? With all due respect, are you crazy?

2. If your job is to drive, if you don't have a driver's license, that seems like a reasonable reason for them to deny you employment.

3. What is the lawsuit? Are you suing the company or who? It's not clear.

I do wish you well and mean no disrespect. But, if I got shot at even once at work, I wouldn't work there anymore.
