I think all men think it is painless until someone explains it to them. Between the cramps, the bloating, the PMSing, the nausea, the backaches, the weight gain/water retention, and the headaches... there are all different levels of pain.

I guess they know if they've heard women talking about it, but they can't really imagine what it feels like so they don't seem to care a lot of the time. Some guys I guess just don't think about it because they don't have to deal with it. My dad acts like he's embarrassed to hear about mine so he usually just jokes around about other stuff to avoid the subject.

I think all guys dont have ANY clue what we go through!!! Even if you explain it, they still would have no clue as to the pain and the moodiness. Well, maybe they would have a clue to the moodiness since they have to deal with us!

We have nothing to compare to. It doesn't seem fun, that's for DAMN sure! Can you imagine what it feels like to be kicked in the balls. Ouchie! You know it hurts, but you have no idea until someone explains it to you.

You may have to talk with him about this if he doesn't understand it. I would think the commercials would clue him in- but sometimes I guess since they don't deal with it there is no way for a guy to relate unless you tell him it is for you.

Trust me we know its painful because you women take it out on us. You make life miserable for us with it. Try acting like adults about it and maybe we'd be more sympathetic.

Men know that the menstrual cycle is uncomfortable, that is why they are far too smart to have one of their own. Actually, when you say "ALL GUYS" you exhibit an adverse stereotypic profile of nearly half our population based on gender - how sad.
