2 days ago i started having a burning pain in my lower abdomen area, well more like my left ovary. I went to the er and they said my ovaries looked fine. This pain kindof feels like the same pain i had after my c-section, just not on both sides. Could my uterus tear after two years from anything? Nobody knows whats going on but i know something is wrong. I had another theory but i figured that the docs would have noticed but i know eptopic pregnancy can cause pain there but wouldnt they have been able to see it through sono when they were looking at my ovaries, and wouldnt i have had a positive pregnancy test if so.........I just need some adivice that might be able to point me in the right direction, so maybe i can give my doc some information to help diagnose me. Thanks

I used to have these severe pains on the lower abdominal area. Initially, I was diagnosed with endometriosis. this includes severe cramping and long history of dysmenorrhea (painful menstruation). After a total hysterectomy, the pelvic pains persisted. After a lot of work-up and tests ;I was finally diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome. . IBS is usually accompanied with either constipation or diarrhea. Most likely, that's what you have.

If you suspect, ectopic pregnancy or tubal pregnancy, (fallopian tube- where egg fetilization occurs) .... You won't be alive to talk about it today. That pain is so severe. This is a life- threatening situation. It's accompanied by severe vaginal bleeding and the abdomen is board-like stiff.. Ectopic pregnancy is fatal if not treated immediately due to the risk of rupture of the fallopian tube and non-stop hemorrhaging. Ectopic pregnancy would also show a positive pregnancy test. as well other early signs of pregnancy such as breast tenderness and nausea. If the pain is on the right side , it could be from appendicitis.

So the causes of chronic lower abdominal or pelvic pains could be from endometriosis or adhesions, menstrual cramps where the presence of protaglandins causes the uterus to contract. Sometimes, it 's pain from PID or pelvic inflammatory disease, some infections and inflammation, such as vaginitis, or vaginal infections. UTI,, or urinary tract infections where there is also blood in the urine or hematuria. as well as burning sensation during micturation or urination..

Other causes could be from Diverticulitis, IBS,or Irritable bowel syndrome, kidney or bladder stones. Still other causes could be from ectopic pregnancy,or ovarian cysts, and STD or sexually transmitted disease. which migh have some vaginal discharge or secretions.

If you have chronic severe pelvic pains, and the causes are not from the above; you should immediately consult an OB-Gyn specialist to rule out STD which could contribute to chronic PID. If left untreated , chronic PID might lead to other complications such as peritonitis and sterility.

Presently, I take some medications for my IBS. I also am careful to watch what I eat.

I appreciate what occurred. I have PCOS and a tilted uterus. Surprisingly the ultrasound tech observed my tilted uterus and the nurse stated that I have PCOS, however my GYN stated the whole lot was once common and that the implant I am on will aid it. buschchick is proper. Birth manipulate does no longer aid it. Instead it hurts it. Probably the intent why I did not have the session is considering I am on delivery manipulate. I am suspicious the implant had anything to do with it. It turns out like due to the fact that two weeks after the implant was once inserted I was once having pains in which my ovaries and uterus is. I additionally am getting it out. Maybe for you to aid out. If no longer in which do I cross from there? I have an appointment at the twenty first to get it out. I were on delivery manipulate due to the fact that I was once thirteen. Now I am 18 quickly to be 19. I am no longer definite if the PCOS is being brought about by way of the implant. If any person has another recommendation for PCOS females please percentage.

something doesn't sound right, go back to your doctor and demand a second opinion. Tell him about your suspicions, even if your wrong you would still like to find out what is causing the pain.

If a Dr can't diagnose you, then see another Dr....if you aren't getting the answers you want, maybe the answer is not what you're expecting...(how very Zen of me...)
