my ex is over 40 and never slept in a bra. Her chest is just fine, no sagging problems there.

No, because you breast needs to breathe, get comfortable and settled at night. Wearing a bra doesn't prevent sagging, and not wearing one doesn't make them sag. Sagging is based mostly on genetics or weight lost. Just wear a cami with built in support at night. It is just a personal choice.

Noo. actually it is better to sleep without a bra on because they've been locked up all day long! They need to relax a little bit, especially if your bra is tight. Besides, it is much more comfortable without one on.

Don't wear it. According to a book I've read you're supposed to wear it for just eight hours a day. Can't remember the exact name of the book but it's a health book.:)

Its all about comfort. If you prefer to wear one then do, if not, thats fine too.
My bestfriend wears one to sleep, I don't usually. Neither of us sag or have health problems from it.

my mum always told me not to, but during my period they get a bit tender so i sleep in a soft cup with no underwires. Mothercare are excellent for night time bras.
