I just bought a $15 itunes card at a Super America, got home typed in the password, and it said it has yet to be activated and bring it back to where you purchased it, which I did and they couldn't help me because they didn't know how to activate it, I am going back tomorrow to talk to the manager I am hoping he can help me, but I was just wondering if any of you guys know how they activate the card?? And I have the receipt and the number on the back has been scratched, is it still returnable/able to be activated?

they swipe it at the cash register, I used to buy them all the time for my husband. take your receipt and the card and you are right to ask for a manager, they should be better trained to deal with the situation. they have greatly inconvenienced you, how rude!

when i want to redeem my itunes card i go to the itunes on my computer then on the left side of the page there is a selection box titled "quick links" and in there is a link that says "redeem"...once you click on that then you type in the number on the back of your card....and then it will say that the money has been added to your account.
