My dress is emerald green with gold embellishments on the waist + v-neck, what color should I get his boutonniere? and what flower? Please nothing too traditional (rose/carnation)

You and your date should pick out the flowers together. get something cream colored. I am not sure what is in right now, so just go to the local florist and tell them you want to see all the cream colored arrangements. Then they can tie them with gold ribbons.

get a white callalillie, they are pretty and should have almost some sort of goldish coloring vining it Make sure your date knows what will match when he buys your corsage!! I'd also let him know you don't want anything plain or common, the last thing u want to be on your special day is dissappointed.
