The divine solution only God can do. There is human solution like linking the rivers. Linking the rivers without much damage to the eco system, implemented after detailed scientific studies by top class experts in the field, woud solve the draught problem. The state governments should discuss and resolve any probems arising out of it.

Apart from doing havans to rain God to please him we can observe much more practical and holy ways to eliminate droughts in India. they are as follows.
1. To respect nature by planting more trees in droughtprone areas.
2. To look after the planted trees and see that they do not die.
3.To create artificial rains by creating clouds of vapour, and other chemical elements.
4.To plant fruit trees such as beries, acasia, aloevera etc. which need very little water. Besides, these trees have medicinal value which can fetch a lot of money.

Singing AGHANDA ie. continuous singing of the classical raaga Amrudha varshini for a full year ( singing or playing the said raaga in Veena ) all musicians can participate and perform the same raaga one after the other.
This has been achived by one among the trinities SHRI MUTHUSWAMY DEEKSHIDHAR. He sang a kruthi 'aanandhamrudha karshini ' and brought the shower in the southern part of India.

there is no divine solution. frnakly, its high time we humans begin to understand that these are our problems and we need to solve them. God doesnt have time to attend to every drought we create with our stupid mistakes. He has an infinite number of universes to run!!!!

Divine intervention is not required. One needs to plant more trees to avoid drought. Trees cut should be replaced and tree plantation should be taken.

management
management of all our resources is important.
we are westing water, forests, food, electricity more than we use.
try to go against nature and nature takes its toll.
a problem like droughts are result of endless deforestation.it is man made problem and should solved by Indians not by God.
