Do you flush every time you PEE?

isnt it kind of a waste? And doesn't it bother you to see someone flushing a toilet before they go in it? cause it does me! conserve people!

I flush before I pee only in public restroom because I want to get rid of the extra stuff that may have been left behind by other users. It does not bother me that other people flush before using the toilet.
