Not sure how to block these site either but I desperate to find out. My headache is sent by "outerinfo" first just as ad pop-ups now I'm getting constant error report messages that uses their logo. I wish a hellish fate to all those who do business with "outerinfo".

Some sites are very sneaky about how they code the pop up windows - I have yet to find a 100% perfect pop up blocker. I suggest you use multiple - that has helped. I use the one built into the Firefox browser, as well as the one in the Yahoo tool bar. Also make sure that you frequently run an anti-spyware program on your computer.

Pop ups which cannot be stopped by pop up blockers are caused by spyware.
If you do not have firefox get it now and use it instead of internet explorer so you dont get any more spyware http://securitynewsfromthenet.blogspot.com/
1) If you have not already scanned your comp with spybot http://spywarekiller.hyperboards.com/index.php?action=view_topic&topic_id=4 do that now .Update it http://www.spybot.info/en/howto/update.html (latest updates on 14th march 2007) and then run it so it gets rid of all the spyware and trojans in safe mode http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial61.html
then run AVG Anti-Spyware Free

No, i does no longer. in certainty, the only people I block are the spammer-bots and the VERY rude clientele. :) as nicely, Yahoo even says which you do no longer ought to upload lower back, and that they say that persons might upload you in elementary terms because of the fact they like your solutions and questions.... so.... it is not needed which you upload lower back. O.e
