its hard getting used to my life without you. without you..days seem not worth living and at night i see no point in dreaming. With you i just felt happy...just happy with myself and the way i was. I want you back..I want to be me again..and mostly i want to feel normal. but sometimes we all dont get what we want and ive finally figured that out.

Logically and objectively, I think it's very well stated.
Emotionally, it brings out the maternal instinct in me. I want to give you a hug and kiss your forehead and tell you everything will all be better...and maybe fix you some hot chocolate.
Any way I look at it, it has an impact.

Deep and sort of meandering around a central point of regaining something lost. Are you working toward a poem, lyrics, etc? Not sure where you're going.
