She should bloody well leave Hollywood and her user managers, family and friends!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She surrounds herself with vultures and it's messed her up big time. She is obviously having a breakdown and what do her friends do??? Go clubbing and partying with her!!!! Where are the people in her life who genuinely care for her and not care for what her money can give them? She needs to leave the industry for a while and herself sorted out. Quit partying with losers like Paris and Lindsey and get real friends! Move somewhere quiet away from the media. She needs to get in touch with real life and real people, not the fantasy life that everyone else around her seems to enjoy and take for granted. Spend time more time with her kids.

There for awhile, I would have thought the answer was that K-Fed needed to take the children at least temporarily until she got straightened out.
But lately, it appears as though she is trying to stop acting so strange.
It would be nice if Britney Spears and K-Fed could both have custody of their children like most parents do instead of fighting to have sole custody.
I think children need to stay involved with both parents as long as the parents aren't using drugs and acting crazy.

She is suffering from depression right now..and it seems like postpordem depression...also, the fact she is under the eye of everyone around..she ahs alot to struggle with.
In no way am i a huge fan of hers..not at all...but, I do sympathise with her depression bit, and it seems like she is trying to get herself sorted. Hopefully, she can make some drastic changes, and beable to care for her babies, as a good mom should. Luckily, for her children, she has family that can help her out too.
I think she should be given a chance to prove herself, and stragihten up, before her kids should be taken away. But for sure, family services should step in and closely watch her progress, and help guide her into beoming a better parent.

I do not think we shold judge that , If every parent had had the world judging them during a bad time in their life or a depressing or head shaving time how would you feel ? Surely her kids are fine she is freaking rich!! she has plenty of qualified peeps helping her children plus brittany does have faimly as well to help her watch them.

it's not really any of our business. there are plenty of WORSE mothers in this world than her, but they aren't under the media spotlight 24/7. perhaps we should all give her some space, and let her recover from her demons in privacy, so she actually stands a chance of being the mother that she needs to be.

no she is rarely with her kids. either her mom or the nanny has them. cant u tell. shes never home. leave em wit granny and the nanny. no need to waste time in the court.
what them u want em to do, give em to KFED????

She needs to do some sort of parenting course and a reality check on herself. She does NOT put those kids first.

No- I don't think so. I think she needs help and her kids are just the incentive to encourage her to get that help. Take away the kids she has no reason to try.
