I am having my worst days in my life. I am stressed out. I never new what this means till now. I am about to graduate and I am under pressures of exams and assignments; I am also under that post-graduation monster of looking for a job. I have a lot of things to do, including my assignments, but I feel these days I am lazy, tense, lacking concentration and mainly desperate...I am very frustrated, I think I gonna have no job,and I see my very good academic experience gonna be croened by loss and frustration...What do u think I can do to fel better? I cannot plan my studies and everything and I feel I gonna lose it all...

I think you need hug. We all get stressed at times and live to tell about it. First you need to make a list in no specific order or priority. Just a list of the things you need to do. Now look at your opening question and laugh a little. Look up the definition of post as in after. Take a deep breath and start knocking things off that list. Don't make yourself crazy, you are working toward a feeling of accomplishment not post traumatic stress disorder. Smile a lot, in a mirror occasionally so you can see how you are doing. You will be fine and on your way to the next level of insanity called post school days. :)
