Good spot to have my 29th birthday in philly?

i am looking for somewhere to have my 29th birthday party in the philadelphia PA area. what i'm looking for a lounge spot, r&B, maybe hip hop, older crowd 25 and older is a must, casual dress, not too pricey. help.. i have a month left!
