False reporting is a crime against humanity
Remember Community Guideline 10
REPORTING ABUSE: You may not use the Report Abuse link for purposes other than reporting a violation of the Yahoo! Answers Community Guidelines or the Yahoo! Terms of Service. You may not report abuse for posts that you personally disagree with, or by people you personally dislike.
I fought this for months and Yahoo has rewritten the Guideline to emphasize false reporting.

I've had at least three violations and wondered the same thing. I don't think you'll lose your e-mail yet. My last violation notice was in January. I am, however, less cocky. No need to be a cowboy at this point.

There is no rhyme or reason to the decisions some YA staff members make. Neb, wish your statement was true. If it was, we wouldn't have the same troll returning again and again to create new multiple accouts.

I got two from the CT spammer last night and I know of others that got them from the same Bush Bashing spammer. Whats up with that.. If you don;t want to hear peoples opinions don't put your statements that are convoluted into questions here.

if this is your first account? then no, not yet. If its your 10th, then it doesn't even take a violation, they will just suspend you
