I advice you get an organizer. Write all of your appointments in your new organizer, the time, purpose, location, etc… also include your personal time and social outings. The important thing is to follow your schedule; stick to your schedule. In making schedule it should be flexible, meaning you can change the time. This process works for me. Another things is to make checklist in your organizer. This way your don’t have to waste time in thinking what to do next. Tip: when doing checklist or scheduling appointments, you should do this a day ahead of time.

I would usually put my daily activities in a planner. I think it's the best way to manage time because I'm able to view what needs to be done and my free time.

well...take your watch to a repair shop. Ask him to remove the glass covering. put some crazy glue on the back side of the minute hand, and press it for about 45 seconds until it sticks to the face. next...go to Home Depot, and ask for a vise. Place the watch in the vise, and then close it as hard as you can. cinch it tighter, after catching your breath. Go look up a few aisles... till you find a fat guy who looks pissed. ask him to please tighten the vise for you, even more. as he is turning purple...whip him.
then, remove the watch. If it's not moving, you have successfully stopped time, and will never have to rush again.

Keep yourself a diary. That way you can keep your time in an orderly fashion, and enjoy every minute of it.
