You add the average* marks of the quiz to marks or the exams, and then you get a total that is on 100%. Then you figure out your score by the guidelines give by your school

For example:
81-100=A
61-80 =B
41-60 =C
21-40 =D
0 -20 =E

* AVERAGE of EXAMS can be calculated by multiplying the exams marks by 80 by the marks you have scored upon the total marks.
Eg-- you scored 25, and total markes were 50, then- 80x45/50=80x9/10=72(on 80)

AVERAGE of the QUIZ can be calculated bt the above mentioned way exept that you mutiply the quiz marks upon the total by 20(instead of 80).

Well say you got 70% in your exams and 85% in your quizzes then:
70% x 80 = 56
85% x 20 = 17
Giving you an overall score of 56 + 17 = 73%

Quizzes: a million) 20/25 = .8 * one hundred = 80% 2) 22/25 = .88*one hundred = 88% 3) 19/25 = .75*one hundred = seventy six% Now take the priority-loose: 80% + 88% + seventy six% = 244% / 3 = 80 one.333% Now multiply the priority-loose p.c. by ability of the p.c. of your finished grade: 80 one.333% * 40% = 32.fifty 3% very final: 40/50 = .80*one hundred = 80% 80% * p.c. of entire grade (40%) = 32% Grade undertaking one hundred/one hundred = a million * one hundred = one hundred% one hundred% * 10% of entire grade = 10% Library projects 9/10 = .9 * one hundred = ninety% ninety% * 2.5% of very final grade = 2.25% each and each because of the fact the grades have been a similar, double that: 4.5% person undertaking one hundred/one hundred = a million * one hundred = one hundred% one hundred% * 5% of very final grade = 5% Now upload up all those possibilities ----------- 32.fifty 3 + 32 + 10 + 4.5 + 5 And your very final entire proportion is 80 4.03% so which you acquire a B

well, let's say that your total exam grades average out to a 90% and your total quiz grades average out to 70%

to work it out, you multiply the grade by the percent:

.90 x .80 = 0.72
.70 x .20 = 0.14

then you add them together:

0.72 + 0.14 = 0.86

So your grade in my example would be 86%

um, well, I hope this isn't for a math class, or stats class, cuz, well, I would guess you wouldn't need worry about it ... just accept the F.

We need more information for this word problem.

Like how many exams are there? How many total points on them were possible? How many did you get?

Same for quizzes: How many total points on quizzes were possible? How many did you get?

To Calculate your Grade use this formula:

((Ave of Exams) X 0.8)+((Ave of Quizes) X 0.2)= Grade

Where (Ave of Exams) = (Sum of Exams / Number of Exams)
and
Where (Ave of Quizes) = (sum of Quizes / Number of Quizes)

all written out it looks like this:
((Sum of Exams / Number of Exams) X 0.8 )+((sum of Quizes / Number of Quizes) X 0.2) = Grade.

Hope that helps!
