My babys father is in Iraq right now and he denies her. He wouldnt take a paternity test before he left and I am hurting financially. He wont even be back for another 5 months and Im really needing his help now, our baby is already 7 months old!! Someone told me that since the soldiers have their blood taken and stored that I might be able to request having the test done using that. Im having doubts about that though, and was wondering if anyone knew anything about that....

Your first step is to get a court order for the paternity test. Once you have that you are going to have to work through the military to get him to take the test. More than likely, the test won't be done until he is stateside. So don't wait on that.
Your next step is to contact the military for child support. This is going to be involved and difficult. If there is a military base near you, go to their family services section for assistance. Hopefully, you will find a sympathetic ear and that person can start you on the process. The military takes a dim view of its troops running out on their obligations, particularly when children are involved.
Good luck, honey.

Go through the courts they will be able to get it done, or the District Attorney. Also they might be able to use his mother or father Dna

an easy, albeit shitty, way of doing it would be to take a hair sample out of his brush or comb and take it to a DNA testing facility, all though im not sure if that would be legal. its possible you may have to have his permission. if it did turn up to be a match, chances are he wouldn't believe it and you'd have to stick it out until he got back

You should have no doubt but when you sleep around what do you expect. Leave the guy alone. He has enough to worry about. He may not come back at all and then what difference would it make?

i would think he would have to sign a release for you to use his blood. but i don't know for sure, you would have to contact an attorney.
