Can you honestly say you don't know the answer to that question?

If the answer is "blacks", then you are implying that either black people as a whole are responsible for being discriminated against, supposedly by their own behavior, values, and morals; or, that black people are responsible for most of the discrimination against white people. This would imply that black people have gained a power advantage to such an extent that they control most of the businesses that discriminate, the governmental laws that allow such discrimination, and the legislative body that puts forth bills that favor themselves. Hmmmm.

Considering that whites comprise 75.1% of the US population, compared to the 12.3% black population, it is a mathematical impossibility to suggest that black people could even remotely be responsible for most of the discrimination against whites.

That leaves only the first option. If black people are responsible for most of the discrimination against them, then they must have "brought it upon themselves". This implies that they have been judged to be deserving of discrimination, based on their inferior human qualities. And the judge, of course, is the "superior" whites?

That's just the kind of circular logic that put them in chains in the first place. The only possible logical, reasonable answer to your question is: White people STILL discriminate against black people, and attempt to shift the blame to the victim, just like any other criminal, in order to escape the responsibility and consequences of their own actions.

The answer will always be whites. Can't you see 400 years from now when every elected office has a dark skinned person in it and there is only one white guy left, it'll be 800 years of oppression they have suffered under. Apparently there is no reconciliation.
