Tell her parent or yours ASAP. What if she seriously injures herself? You don't want that hanging over your head. Tell someone, if not parents then a teacher, aunt, uncle any adult that you can trust.

Cutting yourself is an addiction similar to drugs or alcohol. It is unlikely your friend can stop cutting herself on her own. I am not sure how old either of you are but if you are a teenager, and do not feel like telling her parents by yourself, I would talk to your parents, teacher or call a kids help phone line for advice.

Punch her in the face. I'm not kidding. Punch or slap her and pour out your feelings as to why you hate that she cuts herself.
If you can't bring yourself to do it, try this.
Write down every reason that cutting herself bothers you. The list, of course, is endless.
Show up at her house and present them to her. Let her know that you care, and there are other ways to relive stress and pain. Show her this website.

If she won't take your help and keeps calling you then she's just looking for attention.
Just tell her parents.
