recently i have come across a coment from a responsible judge of the USA court. the comment is critisizing a soverign nation for its present state of affairs which is debatable.it is against the policy statements of the forign affairs office of the dept. of state of the usa.
what is the best and sortest remedy to adress the grievances with such avoidable and personal,prejudiced critical comment from a judge of the usa court.

Legal ethics provide norms for judges to behave under the boundaries of the law. Thus, when a judge make irresponsible comments, he could be liable for an administrative or criminal violation if proven.

All has a freedom to comment. I can make unwarrnted comments, I daily get unwarranted comments from my wife, judge of my life.

If made from the bench..they enjoy COMPLETE JUDICIAL IMMUNITY..not a thing you can do except report him to the bar...ya cant sue him....Been there had a wacko judge get racial on me
